What this page covers

It covers TelaViewer and TelaViewer Pro for Windows, the Android apps Network and internet multitools and MFA TOTP Authenticator, and the telanode.fr website. The apps related to MaGestionZen have their own statement.

TelaViewer and TelaViewer Pro

TelaViewer collects no data. It has no user account, no analytics and no advertising, and sends no statistics or error reports. It works offline.

  • Files are opened read-only, on your computer. They are neither modified nor sent to a server. TelaViewer never runs a program contained in a file.
  • TelaViewer Pro exports and extractions are saved only where you choose.
  • Kept on the computer, never transmitted: settings (Windows registry and the %LOCALAPPDATA%\TELANODE\TelaViewer folder), a diagnostic log after an unexpected shutdown, and the licence file, which contains the holder's name and e-mail address.
  • A link you open yourself, from the "?" menu or from a document, opens in your browser, which applies its own rules.
  • TelaViewer displays documents with the Microsoft Edge WebView2 engine, provided by Microsoft with Windows. Its diagnostic data is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement and by Windows diagnostic settings.

Android apps

Network and internet multitools and MFA TOTP Authenticator collect no data and share none with third parties, as stated in their Data safety section on Google Play.

  • Network and internet multitools runs the measurements you request from your device; results stay on the device.
  • MFA TOTP Authenticator keeps two-factor authentication keys on your device. They are shared only when you decide to, by QR code or encrypted JSON file.

Buying a licence

To issue a licence and its invoice, TELANODE keeps the holder's name, company, e-mail address and billing information, for the period required by law. This information is never sold or transferred.

The telanode.fr website

  • The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The TelaViewer and Tools pages load no third-party content.
  • The contact form sends the information you enter (name, organisation, e-mail, phone, subject, message) to the TELANODE team, to answer your request. It is used for nothing else and is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • The home page may remember your light or dark theme choice in the browser's local storage. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
